A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot. All payments must be sent via Venmo to @soulflowandco.

Each shared guesthouse* comes equipped with the following:         

• Maximum of three people per house (1-2 in king room + 1 in loft)

• Wet bar with mini-fridge, sink + microwave

• Basic dishware and flatware

• Chemex pour-over coffee maker with freshly ground coffee and tea

• Private room with king premium memory foam mattress bed

• Semi-private loft with a queen memory foam mattress bed

• Double pull-out couch with linens in living room 

• Exquisite, organic, Coyuchi towels and linens

• Fully stocked bathroom with ethically sourced toiletries, and heated tile flooring

• Closet space with hangars, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer

• AC/Heat and WiFi

*Note: Three of the bedrooms are located above the gathering space. Two of those bedrooms are private kings and one is a private double pull-out couch.

Please note: 

• Participants are encouraged to arrive at 3:00 PM, which is when the retreat begins. Late arrivals can be accommodated, but you must arrive by 6:00 PM on Friday, April 24.

• Space is on a first come, first serve basis. 

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot. 

• Full payment must be received two weeks prior to the retreat (April 10th, 2026). 

• All payments must be sent via Venmo to @soulflowandco. 

• In the event you need to cancel: 

• Cancellation within 30 days of retreat: Full refund.

• Cancellation within 15-29 days: 50% refund or credit toward a future retreat.

• Cancellation within 14 days or less: No refund, but you may transfer your spot to someone else.
