Please note: 

  • *Rooms are assigned on a first-come basis. You may request a preferred room style, and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot. 

  • Full payment must be received one month prior to the retreat (September 17, 2026). 

  • All payments must be sent via Venmo to @soulflowandco. 

  • In the event you need to cancel: 

    • Cancellation by August 17: Full refund.

    • Cancellation by September 17: 50% refund or credit toward a future retreat.

    • Cancellation after September 17: No refund, but you may transfer your spot to someone else.
